The weather was getting nicer so I finally went out to clean the garage. There is still a big stack of boxes out there from when we moved nearly two years ago. I was shocked to see two boxes full of Oak Clan books! I now have a very limited supply of both paperback and hardcover books, all good as new! These have been out of print for a long time, and yes, they are the ones I talked about on the Oak Clan page (the ones self-published through Authorhouse). Because I'm not terribly proud of that ordeal - lesson learned - I'd rather not have to look at them. This is in no way a reflection of the story's quality, or the books for that matter. I just want to put the vanity press bit behind me and keep moving forward. Now, The Oak Clan will be published again, mostly likely next year as a serial. It will be much better edited and have sweet artwork. I highly recommend getting it when it comes out. However, being a serial, this older print is basically split into four parts and released that way. So this is your chance to get a "rough cut" of the first four parts. And you would still be able to read this while still enjoying the serial. It's been over 5 years since this edition was written and my writing has gotten a lot better since then. There will be a lot of improvements made to the newer version, and when those four parts are finished, we'll roll right into the sequel. Once these are gone, that's it from my end. You won't be able to find tihs edition anywhere except maybe on Amazon's used books or on eBay (I think Shocklines.com has a few signed hardcovers). So anyway, I'm putting them up for sale here via PayPal. You'll notice the money goes to Skullvines Press. That's because I'm donating all profits to support it. All copies will be signed, and if you'd like an inscription, just mention it in the comments section of the payment.
